It’s my B-Day

I’ve loved and traveled the world:
in Tokyo, I kissed the man of my dreams 
danced at clubs in Milan and Greece
visited the Forbidden City
walked the Great Wall of China
ridden a horse in inner Mongolia
and boarded a train from Zagreb to Ljubljana.
I visited Kafka’s museum in Prague
and Dante’s House in Florence. 
Aimlessly walked the streets of Amsterdam
and ate a Belgian Waffle in Brussels. 
I drank a Cosmopolitan at a top bar in Southeast Asia
went up the Eiffel Tower
and the Petronas Towers as well.
I saw the leaning tower of Pisa
was on board a ship through the Danube
steered a boat in Lake Hallstatt 
and made love in Venice…
stuff like that. 
There is so much to tell, 
but much more to live 
it’s all a delight. 
For now, Happy Birthday to me.

caminé la Gran Muralla China

Sin rumbo caminé las calles de Amsterdam
me comí un wafle belga en Bruselas
bebí un Cosmopolitan en un bar en Asia del Sur
subí la Torre Eiffel
y las torres Petronas también.
Ví la torre inclinada de Pisa
estuve a bordo de un barco en el Danubio
conduje un bote en el lago de Hallstatt
he hice el amor en Venecia
cosas así -divinas.
Hay mucho más que contar
y mucho más por vivir.
Por hoy solo quiero celebrar
